Project Managers
Project Managers are primarily accountable for writing accurate estimates and selling jobs. They are also responsible for working with the production department to make sure that jobs are completed profitably and in a timely manner. Project Managers are also responsible for undertaking marketing activities that will lead to more work from our current client base while pursuing new accounts. You will be required to participate in an on-call rotation with the other team members. Associate Project Manager
The position of an Associate Project Manager is primarily being accountable for assisting the Project Manager to manage the completion of construction projects. You are responsible for doing estimates as required by the Project Manager or turning estimates into completed work. This position can be very difficult due to the large quantity of tasks that need to be completed at any given time. You will be required to participate in an on-call rotation with the other team members. To be successful in this position, it is important that you are a good administrator with exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask. You will also have to have a good working knowledge of the construction industry. Lead Carpenter
The Lead Carpenter is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Associate Project Manager with completion of construction related projects in a professional and timely manner. You will traditionally be working on three to five larger, high profile, or complicated projects at one time, as well as a volume of smaller projects, as assigned by the Project Manager or Associate Project Manager. Provide the highest quality services that consistently meet the needs of the customer. You will be required to participate in an on-call rotation with the other team members. Certified Water Technician
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years related experience, and a critical eye for detail. This position requires superior organizational skills, the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with home owners, co-workers and higher levels of management. You will be required to participate in an on-call rotation with the other team members. You will also possess proper certification as outlined below. Exceptions will be made for candidates that have The Clean Trust (formerly IICRC) certification but no longer possess certification.
Additional requirements and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Understanding of commercial and residential carpet cleaning
- Knowledge of upholstery care and cleaning
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must have The Clean Trust (fromerly IICRC) Certification (or have been IICRC certified in the past)
- Willing to be On-Call and flexible
- Fire, Water, Mould, Sewage Experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Must have good driving record
- Knowledge of CSA Health and Safety Regulations
To qualify, you must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of fire, water and mould experience. You must be able to communicate effectively with homeowners, your team and higher levels of management.
